13814_10155465594465165_7005973725348232877_nThe continued growth in West Pasco is phenomenal.  We are seeing an increase in the number of businesses moving to the area, as well as, as positive changes and growth in the ones that are currently here.

In the last 18 to 24 months we have not only seen the growth of businesses along the SR 54 corridor, we have seen the growth of new independent businesses and franchises popping up all around West Pasco.

We have many new businesses like Sport Clips Haircuts, Crystal Ecig, Nickels Diner, Just Brakes, Premier Rental Purchase, Crustacean Station, Oasis Health & Wellness Center, Pasco Medical Training, Solar Energy Management, The Roofing Company, Carri-Living Enterprises, Action 100 Realty, Jack & Jill Residential Services, Artful Pussycat, Katmandew Face & Body Art, Simply Events, The Ice Cream Palace, The White Heron Tea & Gifts, Better Value Auto’s and many others too numerous to mention.

The Gulf View Square Mall is under new ownership and the new Mall Manager, Oscar Rodriguez, and his staff including his Marketing Manager, Molly Richter, are taking a whole new approach to revitalizing the mall and it is working.  Watch for the upcoming special events and the new businesses going in there.

Debbie Manns, NPR City Manager and Mario Iezzoni, NPR Business Development Director, have helped the continued growth of the downtown area.

  1. The grand opening of a newly revitalized Sims Park with the help of Parks & Rec Director, Elaine Smith
  2. The expansion of Tampa Bay Multimedia, our own live TV studio in downtown NPR
  3. Numerous new shops, restaurants and businesses along the Main Street and Grand Boulevard corridors.
  4. Watch for residential growth around Orange Lake.

Welcome to West Pasco where growth is an everyday occurrence!
