Zen Forrest Peking Duck Feast

One Six pound Long Island duck per two people

Zen Forrest Garden Salad

Fresh picked organic local greens topped with our house made tangerine Vinaigrette.

Peking Duck with Crepes

Indulge in crisp aromatic Peking duck skin and meat carved table-side and served with warm crepes, cucumbers, scallion slivers and sweet & savory plum sauce

Sautéed Shredded Duck with Leek

Braising preparations will begin for the duck legs while the breast meat is shredded then sautéed with fresh leek, ginger and shitake mushrooms, to be served with Jasmine rice

Red Braised Duck Leg

During your previous course, the duck legs were slow cooked in a savory sauce infused with cinnamon, anise, ginger, garlic and other spices.

Served with winter vegetables

Pear Tart

Pear Tart infused with dark chocolate and served with maple ice-cream
